“Rubberwood is a light-colored medium-density tropical hardwood obtained from the Pará rubber tree, usually from trees grown in rubber plantations. Rubberwood is commonly advertised as an “environmentally friendly” wood, as it makes use of plantation trees that have already served a useful function.” (Google, 2022).
Our rubberwood is a finger-jointed product and is our least expensive hardwood option. Available in heights of 3-3/8”, 4-1/8”, 6-1/4”, 8-1/4”, 10-1/4” this material has no groove so it can be cut down to any size. This material is prefinished with a UV coating.
